Christianity Essential : REPENTANCE

Accepting JESUS Christ as the LORD and SAVIOR of our lives isn't done in one day. Although it can be started but it is still a series of acceptance and repentance. This is always not easy because surrendering everything totally to JESUS Christ... hence the title LORD.

We usually mistake repentance and apology is very different from each other. Apology is asking for forgiveness for any hurt we caused to one another. This is usually due to worldly sorrow and being sorry because we are caught or we hurt other people and it is brought to our attention. Either ways, the heart of the person is not changed, just the situation. Even with just a little bit of adversity can turn us back to sinning again. In the end worldly sorrow and apology will only make us feel defeated.

Repentance is asking for forgiveness but this time with a change of heart. We now resolve to transform ourselves and turn away to the things are repenting for. This is apology with a commitment and dedication. Not only turning away from the things we repent for but now, every fiber of our being is repulsive to the thing we repent for... sins!

True repentance from sin can only be achieved through the help of JESUS. We can try as much as we want but apart from HIM we will eventually turn back because of our sinful nature. Believe me, I've been there. Repulsiveness to sin is the proof that the Holy Spirit began the transformation in us.

This is where commitment and dedication kicks in. We cannot make this change apart from HIM. So we must pray for GOD's help and make continuous repetitive decision to turn our backs to sin and turn to GOD. Everyday, every minute, every second is a decision to rebuke sin from our lives. It is a decision that even though turning away from sin made it harder for us, we will hold on to HIM no matter what.

Agenda to discuss with GOD
  • Give HIM praise and thank HIM for redeeming us through the blood of JESUS Christ.
  • Ask for HIM to start the change in your heart to please HIM
  • Ask for HIS help in continuing our walk with HIM
  • Ask for HIS help to always make us go back to HIM no matter what happen
Mindset Tuning

  • True repentance cannot be accomplished by will power but only with HIS help.
Please tell us what you think!

Christianity Essentials : LORDSHIP

There were times in my life that I said the word lord or call on GOD using the name LORD but not until I truly became a Christian that I realized what it really meant and how it mattered so much.

Being born in a democratic country, it is hard to grasp kingship or lordship until we rally understand its concept. But for us to really understand LORDSHIP and apply in our daily lives, let us first look into what the word "lord" really means.

Let us ask ourselves this simple question to help us get started. Please be honest.

Who makes the decision in our life? In our family?

Whoever our answer to this question is the one is the lord of our life.

A lord is simply someone who has authority over someone or a group of people. Whoever is the authority calls the shots and makes the decision. Whoever makes the decision in our lives is the lord of our lives. If we buy our perfume based on what our favorite celebrity tells us to buy then sad to say, that celebrity is the lord of our life for that aspect. If we do something in the morning based on what our spouse has told us then he/she is the lord of our life for that moment.

Ultimately, if we make our decision based on what other things, people or the world tells us then that thing, person or even the world is our LORD.

The other side of the coin however is that being a lord to someone means that lord should provide everything... literally everything. Protection, provision, health, education, work, clothes, house, car, money, schools, hospitals, tables, chairs, paper, pen and EVERY THING you can think of. It is the lord job to provide for "his" people like a part of his own family, his own flesh.

Now the next question is, how did JESUS became our savior and lord?

Before we welcome and accepted JESUS in our lives, Satan has been effortlessly owning us. We never knew what GOD's plan for us thus we continue to the path of our own understanding. We never resisted satan's temptation and enticement. Sometimes he doesn't even need to tempt us, we do wicked things and thoughts by ourselves and find more and worse ways of doing wickedness and self gratification of our earthly desires. In short, we are enemies of GOD and satan owns us.

Romans 1:24

Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another.

2 Peter 2:19

They promise them freedom, while they themselves are slaves of depravity—for “people are slaves to whatever has mastered them.”

Colossians 1:21
Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior.

But now that we accepted GOD's gift of salvation, we now enjoy the righteousness HE has given us. We no longer base our decisions on our earthly desires but rather what GOD intended us to do. We now turn away from the wickedness we enjoyed before and embrace GOD's plan and lordship.

When JESUS died on the cross, HE redeemed us from our slavery from our own sins and satan's temptation and enticement. The price is paid and we now are not slave to our own worldly desires but slave to GOD's righteousness.

Since GOD paid for us, HE now owns us and now our lord.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20
Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.

Now that JESUS is the LORD of our lives, we now follow what HE tells us and align ourselves with HIS will. We now walk in the path of righteousness and be like HIM. This means that every decision we will be making should serve HIS purpose and HIS glory. Everything we own doesn't really belong to us, HE owns it and we are just stewards.

So even the tiniest decision like buying something from somewhere, we should ask the following questions first.
  • Does doing this conflict with the will/word of GOD?
  • Will this bring glory to HIS name?
This may sound harsh but that's just the way it is. It either the LORD of all, or not at all.

Heavy... right? Don't worry, it gets better.

The part I'm very excited about is that HE being the LORD of my life. Let me repeat that again... GOD himself, the omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent GOD is the LORD of our life. He will provide us with moral, financial, emotional, intellectual, relational.... everything! Nothing is impossible for HIM! Every morning I will wake up in confidence that there is nothing that GOD cannot give me. Anything I ask, HE can give. That is a thought we will want to wake up on for the rest of our lives. What can be more exciting than that?!

Luke 11:13
If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”

Luke 1:37
For nothing is impossible with God.

But let just remember, lordship means obedience and total surrender. And surrender is always a heart issue. Submission always come from the heart. When we accept in our heart that JESUS is our LORD and savior, then we follow HIM 100%, no buts, no maybes, no lukewarm submission.

Romans 10:9-10
If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.

Luke 6:46
Why do you call me, 'Lord, Lord,' and do not do what I say?

Revelations 3:15-16
I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth.

Come to think about it, accepting JESUS' lordship is for our own good and benefit. So what's not to like? It may not be a walk in the park but rest assured that JESUS himself will help us through. JESUS got it for us so we have nothing to worry about. We'll isn't that the best reason to celebrate?

Colossians 2:6-7
So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.

Philippians 1:6
...being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

Agenda to discuss with GOD
  • Give HIM praise and thank HIM for redeeming us through the blood of JESUS Christ.
  • Thank HIM for being the LORD of our lives.
  • Thank HIM for being an omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent LORD.
  • Ask for HIS help in continuing our walk with HIM
  • Ask for HIS help us put in our hearts that HE is our LORD no matter what the situation even under trials.
Mindset Tuning
  • JESUS Christ is the LORD of my life, I follow HIM and HE got me. There is nothing for me to worry about.

The Good News

I’m a bit sad that some are not even bothered with Jesus Christ’s second coming. Some took it lightly, much worse, some didn’t even bothered to read this thread. Meaning they don’t care. If you will remember the parable of the wedding banquet Jesus Christ has said…

Matthew 22:5-6
“But they paid no attention and went off—one to his field, another to his business. The rest seized his servants, mistreated them and killed them.

Matthew 7:26-27

“But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”

May I say, if someone tells you Jesus Christ is coming tomorrow, next month, next year, or even 2012, please don’t believe them because Jesus Christ said it clearly…

Matthew 24:36
No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

Jesus Christ said it clearly that no one will know when he will be coming. But one thing is for sure, he will be back for us. So we ourselves should be ready.

Matthew 24:42-44
“Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.”

As it was written in the book of Revelations (incase some don’t know), those who are not ready will experience the Seven Years of Tribulation. They include those who does good but did not believe in Jesus Christ (referred to as “elect”).

Matthew 24:21-22
“For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again. If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened.”

Daniel 9:24-27

“Seventy ‘sevens’ are decreed for your people and your holy city to finish transgression, to put an end to sin, to atone for wickedness, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the most holy.
“Know and understand this: From the issuing of the decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until the Anointed One, the ruler, comes, there will be seven ‘sevens,’ and sixty-two ‘sevens.’ It will be rebuilt with streets and a trench, but in times of trouble. After the sixty-two ‘sevens,’ the Anointed One will be cut off and will have nothing. The people of the ruler who will come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end will come like a flood: War will continue until the end, and desolations have been decreed. He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on a wing of the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.”

In the tribulation years, those who are left from the rapture will live for seven years during the reign of the anti-Christ (the anti-Christ will make the earth in peace from the wars and will reign the earth for forty two months) and his false prophet. People will experience war, famines, deaths and other great distress that is believed to be the worst this earth can ever have. greater than Sodom, Gomorrah and the Great Flood. People will be tortured and killed if they believe Jesus Christ. It will be better for us to be frowned upon and be ridiculed now believing and preaching about Jesus because during these times, torture and death may be the only way to prove that we believe Jesus Christ.

Revelation 13:5
“The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise his authority for forty-two months.”

Matthew 24:9

“Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me.”

And if after the years of tribulation that we are still alive and has kept our faith, Jesus will come back for 1000 years preaching all over the world. The beast and the anti-Christ will however be thrown to the fiery lake of burning sulfur.

Revelation 19:20
“But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped his image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.”

And those who believed the beast and the false prophet were killed.

Revelation 19:21
“The rest of them were killed with the sword that came out of the mouth of the rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh.”

And the ancient serpent, the devil or satan if you prefer, will be locked up until the time for judgement.

Revelation 20:2-3
“He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.”

Then after the 1000 years, satan will be released and will deceive anyone even the elect, if he can though.

Revelation 20:7-10
“When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth—Gog and Magog—to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore. They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of God’s people, the city he loves. But fire came down from heaven and devoured them. And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.”

After the satan is defeated, all of us will be judged.

Revelation 20:11-15
“Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. Earth and sky fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what he had done. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. If anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.”

Then those whose name written in the book of life will live with God in the new earth forever and ever. In a place where there are no pain nor suffering.

Revelation 21:1-4
“Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”

Now, I’m not here to scare you or anything, I’m here to tell you the GOOD NEWS!

We don’t have to experience all these terror to be with God, all we have to do is to believe in his son, the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ will save those who believed him before these things happen. He will save us so that we will not suffer. Jesus loves us! He died for us, as a sacrifice for our sins!

Matthew 24:40-41
“Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.”

Luke 17:34-35

“I tell you, on that night two people will be in one bed; one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding grain together; one will be taken and the other left.”

1 Thessalonians 4:14-18

“We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. According to the Lord’s own word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left till the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. Therefore encourage each other with these words.”

Revelation 5:8-9
“And when he had taken it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. And they sang a new song:
“You are worthy to take the scroll
and to open its seals,
because you were slain,
and with your blood you purchased men for God
from every tribe and language and people and nation.”

Now, how can we be saved? Here’s a starter…

John 3:14-15
“Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the desert, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life.”

What snake you might say…

Numbers 21:8-9
“The LORD said to Moses, “Make a snake and put it up on a pole; anyone who is bitten can look at it and live.” So Moses made a bronze snake and put it up on a pole. Then when anyone was bitten by a snake and looked at the bronze snake, he lived.”

Jesus Christ is the righteous one. No one can achieve the righteousness he has done. But don’t forget that the Father sent his begotten son for us, not to judge us but to save us. The Father knows that it is impossible for us not to sin that is why Jesus Christ has to die.

Please don't get me wrong, I’m not encouraging you to sin. Remember that God knows our intention…

Psalms 44:21
“would not God have discovered it,
since he knows the secrets of the heart?”

Luke 16:15

“He said to them, “You are the ones who justify yourselves in the eyes of men, but God knows your hearts. What is highly valued among men is detestable in God’s sight.”

Acts 15:8

“God, who knows the heart, showed that he accepted them by giving the Holy Spirit to them, just as he did to us.”

In the end I can say, no one can boast that he is saved. I believe Jesus Christ died so that I will be saved. But for me being saved…

Ephesians 2:8-9
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.

I’m just another runner running for the prize, just like all of us.

Please tell us what you think!

Christianity Essentials : SALVATION

For me, salvation is one of the best gift GOD has given us. Just think about it, no punishment for our sins and hell will never ever be an option for us. That for me is something to jump for joy about. But for us to understand this gift, we must first understand from what we were saved from.

Roman 6:23 (NIV)
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of GOD is eternal life in Christ Jesus our LORD.

Romans 3:23 (NIV)
For all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of GOD

So technically, every one of us deserves death. Aside from death in the sense of losing our breath or our hearts stopping to beat. There is a second death of eternal damnation. Revelations 20 explained this in detail how this death or second death will be.

Revelations 20:15 (NIV)
Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.

If you will ask how can we save ourselves from this eternal damnation? And the answer is we simply just can't. We can never pay for our sins because we ourselves are sinners and blemished. Without blemish in terms of righteousness. GOD requires that the sacrifice is without any blemish therefore is righteous. To simply put it, we are blemished and cannot even sacrifice ourselves to save ourselves.

Isaiah 64:6 (NIV)
All of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags, we all shrivel up like a leaf, and like the wind our sins sweep us away.

Since we cannot save ourselves, GOD sent his unblemished lamb to save us.

Hebrews 9:22 (NIV)

In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.

And HE has to and will punish us because HE is just.

2 Thessalonians 1:6 (NIV)
God is just: He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you.

Jeremiah 17:10 (NIV)

"I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind, to reward each person according to their conduct, according to what their deeds deserve."

But because HE loves us so much HE doesn't want to condemn us.

John 3:16 (NIV)
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Romans 3:24 (NIV)

and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

Now we that we know from what we are saved from, we can look closely on what salvation is for us Christians.

Salvation for us Christians is being reconciled with GOD. It's like in the movies where the children gotten separated from their parents. The children being lost wandering around the earth having their own way drifting further and further away from their parents towards their own destruction. Until the parents rescue them.

The separation between us and GOD is not physical so any physical effort will not get us anywhere closer to GOD. The separation we have from GOD is moral. Sin has made us drift further and further away from GOD.

Isaiah 59:2 (NIV)
But your iniquities have separated
    you from your God;
your sins have hidden his face from you,

so that he will not hear.

HE is holy and we are not. HE is good and we are not. We are surely headed for damnation. But GOD love us so much and HE wants to be with us because we are his children. So even just after Adam and Eve took a bite of the fruit of tree of knowledge of good and evil, GOD has already laid the plan to rescue us.

Genesis 3:15 (NIV)
"And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel."

I don't know how to stress how important this is but it is GOD who REACHED OUT TO US, not us to him. A very big difference from my previous belief where it is I who should reach out to HIM to be accepted and saved (If you are born in a Christian family, good for you). A good father wouldn't do that to his children what more GOD.

He planned, provided and did everything that it is needed to bridge the moral separation between HIM and us. That is how much GOD loves us. HE swapped HIMSELF with us so HE became the sinner and we became righteous. HE got punished and we got holiness.

Hebrews 9:26-28 (NIV)
Otherwise Christ would have had to suffer many times since the creation of the world. But he has appeared once for all at the culmination of the ages to do away with sin by the sacrifice of himself. Just as people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.

Because of this sacrifice by JESUS Christ that we will no longer receive condemnation,  but instead gained a relationship with GOD because we are now his sons and daughters. We can talk to HIM, cry out to HIM and receive HIS blessings. All of these benefits because of what JESUS did.

John 3:16 (NIV)
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Ephesians 1:5 (NIV)
he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will

Ephesians 1:3 (NIV)
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.

With all of this, all we have to do is to receive HIS gift with all our hearts. Declaring HIS love to everyone. Receiving all the love that he lavish us and forgetting our pride. This is simply because there is no other way to be saved and have a relationship with GOD but through the blood of JESUS Christ.

Romans 10:9-10 (NIV)
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.

Ephesians 2:8-9 (NIV)
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.

Talking to GOD
...because praying is simply having a conversation with GOD.

Agenda:

  • Give HIM praise that he is a loving GOD
  • Admit the moral separation between HIM and us is our fault.
  • Admit that the sins we have committed are all our fault and no one is to *blame but us.
  • Admit that because of our sins, we have hurt and disappointed HIM.
  • Ask and **BELIEVE for forgiveness, through the blood of JESUS Christ, for all the sins we committed against HIM... in JESUS' name
  • Ask for cleansing through the blood of JESUS Christ.
  • Ask for strength and guidance to turn away from all the sins... in JESUS' name
  • Thank HIM for our LORD JESUS Christ.
  • Thank HIM for the Salvation through JESUS Christ.
  • Thank HIM for all the blessings through JESUS Christ.
  • Thank HIM for the adoption and relationship through JESUS Christ
Please don't blame the devil because no matter what temptation the devil has bait us, at the end of the day the choice was ours to sin or not.
** Fully accept without any hesitation

Mindset Tuning
  • I am 100% sure I am saved because JESUS Christ has already paid for my past, present and future sins.

A LOVING GOD

One's Christianity is depends on how GOD has revealed HIMSELF to us. For example, some people knows GOD as a provider because GOD provided for them during the time they needed provision. To some GOD is a healer, savior, protector and many others. Please don't get me wrong, GOD is all of that. As I said earlier it depends on how HE has revealed himself to us. And more often than so, GOD reveals himself during the time that we needed HIM and called on HIM. If you are already a Christian you will know what I mean. But for those who are still lost, please see 2 Chronicles 7:14.

"if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." (NIV)

Let's admit, we turn to HIM when we have nothing or no one else to turn to. We surrender everything we are to HIM just because of our desperation. Simply because we have nothing else but HIM.

This is exactly what happened to me during the time of my desperation that I turned to HIM. I will shamelessly say that I turned to HIM because I'm exhausted of everything I got. All praises to HIM that he never let me down. That time HE revealed to HIMSELF to me as a LOVING GOD.

I can say this because after that moment that I surrendered everything to HIM, every preaching, every podcast, every song, every Christian movie, every article I read or hear leads to this fact. The fact that HE is a loving FATHER that will never leave us nor forsake us no matter what we have done, doing and will do.

I realized that time that HIS love is the kind of love that no one on earth or our imagination can ever comprehend. Even some people who know how much HE loves us can even get near on how he love us. Please read 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 know what love is.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.

If you believe that you yourself can fulfill all the words in those verses then please let us know so we can hang you in the cross. (LOL!)

No one can fulfill those description of love except GOD. Let us look back on how we have lived our lives throughout the years up to now. All the times we were impatient, unkind, envious, boastful, proud, self-seeking, easily angered, kept records of others wrongs against us, enjoy seeing rivals getting in trouble, lied, ignored people who needs help, mistrust people, lost hope, did not persevere or failed someone. Even the tiniest thought we have of these nature still counts.

This realization has shaken the way I look at my self. Specially now that I realized that GOD has loved me despite of the things I failed to do compared the way it was described in the previous verse. One proof of this is we are still alive, we still have something to eat, we still have air to breathe.

Let's take for example, I brought a box of donuts to the office and gave everyone a piece except the person I hated or annoyed me. Imagine if GOD did the same to us, giving everyone else oxygen except us because we failed to allot time to know HIM by reading the Bible.

Please remember that our GOD is a jealous GOD.

Exodus 34:14
(for you shall worship no other god, for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God),

But despite our trespasses HE still loves us. Thus we still live. And more than that, He provides us of what we need and keeps us safe on a daily basis. Regardless if we offended HIM or pleased HIM. That is how LOVING GOD is.

Let's pray...

Father all praises and glory to you!
Thank you for being a loving father to us
Thank you that you love us unconditionally
Thank you that you are A LOVING GOD
Please help us remind ourselves everyday
That you love us and that there is nothing to worry about
You will never ever leave us nor forsake us
Yesterday, today and forever
In Jesus' name... Amen

Please tell us what you think!
